In response to the rising cost of shipping, we are going to begin opening for order pick-ups on the second Saturday of each month from 9 AM to noon, with a minimum order amount of $10. If for some reason, we are unable to schedule the Saturday pick-up on the second Saturday, we will reschedule it to another Saturday in the month. If you are interested in Saturday Pick-Up, then please sign up for our email newsletter and be sure to read them, follow our Facebook page, or email email@example.com to verify the scheduled date before planning your pick up. This is very important if you do not want to waste a trip!
**There are certain things you need to know about Saturday Pick Up to be sure things go smoothly.
- When possible, please place your pick-up orders by noon on the Friday before the scheduled Saturday pick-up. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and therefore, orders placed after noon may not be ready for Saturday pick up, so please do not drive here unless you have received a “Ready for pick up” email (be sure to check your SPAM or junk folder and add us to your contacts list).
- We will NOT be processing any orders on Saturdays, so please be sure your order is complete. No additional orders or add-ons will be pulled while you wait no matter how small. If additional orders are placed, they can be picked up during our regular business hours, or you may select a shipping option. Though we will not be processing orders, customers are welcome to browse the showroom to plan for orders.
- We will be leaving promptly at noon on Saturday, so plan your trip accordingly.
- We will continue to offer Saturday pick up by appointment on other Saturdays for orders of $300 or more, but this is conditional upon our availability to meet you at an agreed upon time. We will wait only 15 minutes beyond your appointment time, so please call and let us know if you will be delayed. If you are delayed beyond 15 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
